    Yes, we have never experienced a situation where keys have been lost. Our kleaners are insured to hold keys.

    Yes, we have a full public liability insurance cover.

  3. Can I have the same cleaner every time?
    Yes, we will only use a cleaner living locally and once she is approved by you, she will take care of your kleaning requirements on permanent basis.

  4. What happens if I'm not happy with the cleaner?
    We always have a replacement cleaners available at short notice.

  5. Do you have ironing services available?
    Yes, we do. Rates are available on request.

  6. How long do I have to wait to be provided with a cleaner?
    In the vast majority of instances, we allocate your cleaner within 24 – 48 hours after we have agreed a schedule and overall arrangements.

  7. Do you guarantee the quality of the kleaning?
    We constantly monitor our cleaners, and conduct on the job training where necessary. If in the unlikely event you are dissatisfied in any way, we have a no quibble guarantee whereby we will re-do the work completely free of charge. Our offer is conditional upon you notifying us within 24 hours after the initial kleaning is conducted.

  8. Are there any restrictions to your kleaning services?
    Our cleaners will not clean antiques, valuable and fragile items. We also exclude kleaning windows from the outside unless they are on the ground floor.
